Project Future’s Mission: Closing the Digital Divide

As a young tech enthusiast and entrepreneur, I am excited to write about Project Future! Project Future has been been the driving force of many personal endeavors and I am happy to share more! Project Future is a social enterprise with a mission to make technology accessible to everyone and aid/empower the youth to change the world.

The Digital Divide and Empowering Youth:

The digital divide is a severe issue that disproportionately affects the African continent, and we mustn’t let it get any wider. Project Future believes that the youth has the power to change the world, and it is vital to empower them with technology to ensure they are not left behind in the digital age. To further this goal, Project Future could partner with schools and educational institutions to provide technology and internet access to students and offer digital literacy classes or workshops to help young people learn how to use technology effectively and safely. Check out this video where we visit Vaaitjies Primary to introduce young minds to Virtual Reality!

The Evolution of Project Future:

Project Future began as a small project in 2018 and has since grown into an e-commerce store offering various products and services related to emerging technologies. In addition to its e-commerce offerings, the company provides educational resources to help young people learn about and get involved with these technologies. To further support the development of the next generation of tech leaders, Project Future could, in the future,  offer mentorship and internship opportunities for young people interested in pursuing careers in technology.

Project Future’s Focus on Social Causes and Education:

Project Future is not just focused on making technology accessible to everyone but also on social causes and education. The company aims to bridge the gap between emerging technologies and everyday people, making it possible for everyone to benefit from future advancements. To achieve this, Project Future engages in outreach projects, workshops, and presentations in various environments, from schools to local community events. In addition to these efforts, Project Future could work with local governments and community organizations to advocate for policies and initiatives that promote digital inclusion and collaborate with other tech companies and organizations to share resources and expertise on reducing the digital divide.

In conclusion, Project Future is a company that is a vision of mine for a better, more digitally accessible, and integrated tomorrow. Our vision is to empower others with technology and knowledge while also being sustainable for the future. By engaging in outreach projects and collaborating with schools, businesses, and other organizations, we are working towards making technology accessible to everyone and empowering the youth to change the world. Education is a powerful tool, and Project Future is using it to bridge the digital divide and bring the benefits of emerging technologies to everyone. Your Future. Unlocked.

  1. Hi Rajveer,

I am Jacques from Gecko Digital, could you contact me via WhatsApp on 0721722044

If you have any Google Cardboards I would like to pick up a few from you. Kinda urgently, need them for an event on Wednesday.
I see you have stock in your website; however I’d like to collect them on Tuesday if possible. I just need 3 pieces for a showcase to start with.

    Cheers,

    Jacques
